that latest covid booster really fucked me up

got the usual fever/headache for a day or two, but after that i've gotten some kind of problem where i'm constantly dizzy/swaying. it feels like i'm on a boat or a lightly-turbulent airplane or in the middle of an earthquake or something but during all waking hours. laying down or remaining stationary doesn't help either.

i finally went to urgent care and got the usual "lose weight and lower your blood pressure, it's probably related to that" shpiel, plus like 20 minutes of being lectured about how if i'm this badly affected by the vaccine i shouldn't get them anymore. not feeling great about any of this really. alas.
