The head of this wooden club is meticulously carved in the shape of an open spellbook. While holding this magic weapon, you gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with it, and you gain a +1 bonus to spell attack rolls and the saving throw DCs of your spells. In addition, you can use the club as a spellcasting focus for your spells.

Well Read. When you roll a 20 on a melee attack with this magic weapon or on a spell attack roll with a range of touch, the target takes an additional 1d4 damage. You can regain one expended spell slot of a level equal to or lower than the number rolled on that die, or one expended Pact Magic spell slot of any level. Once this property of the weapon is used, it can't be used again until you take a long rest.

Ritual Casting. While holding this item, when you cast a spell as a ritual, you can use the spell's normal casting time, rather than adding 10 minutes to it. Once this property of the weapon is used, it can't be used again until you take a short or long rest.

Light. A light weapon is small and easy to handle, making it ideal for use when fighting with two weapons.
